World Bank Satisfied with Impact of SFD Enterprises in Luxor

World Bank President Dr. Jim Yong Kim has visited Luxor to inspect a number of financed enterprises, including the youth center in Nuba renovated by SFD through EGP 112.5 thousand World Bank grant. Dr. Kim has also visited the exhibition SFD organized for products of micro enterprises and partner NGOs in the governorate.
During his visit, World Bank President has talked with a group of clients who presented their successful experience with SFD. He was satisfied with the socio-economic impact generated by SFD loans that enabled inhabitants of poor areas to have an access to an improved livelihood.
SFD Managing Director Soha Soliman has earlier invited World Bank officials to follow up the implementation of "Enhancing Access to Finance for Micro and Small Enterprise" project funded through the World Bank at 300 million Dollars in 2014.
