Prime Minister’s Decree to Boost OSS Services

Prime Minister Engineer Ibrahim Mahlab has issued a decree stipulating that all services related to the establishment and licensing of small and micro enterprises shall be presented through the one-stop-shop units (OSS) affiliated to the SFD and its regional offices in all Egypt’s governorates and the new urban communities as well.
Subject to this decree, ministers and heads of engaged authorities shall assign delegates and representatives to work within all these OSS units to give approvals of their affiliate entities to such small and micro enterprises that are defined in the Small Enterprise Development Law 141/2004 and its Executive Regulations.
